Common questions
How do I back up my data?
Profile → Backup & sync → sign in with your email (you'll get a one-time code, no password). After that, backups happen automatically whenever your data changes; "Back up now" is there if you want the reassurance. On a new phone, sign in with the same email and tap Restore — your program, history, and coaching state come back exactly as they were.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Backup & sync → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all backed-up data from our servers, immediately. The data on your phone stays until you delete the app or start over.
How do subscriptions and refunds work?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. To cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your logging and your current program stay free whether or not you subscribe.
Why did the coach stop replying this month?
The AI coach has a monthly fair-use limit (about 50 messages) that resets at the start of each month. Everything else — your plan, logging, and progression — keeps working as always.
Is my training data private?
Yes — the app is built local-first and we don't run ads or trackers. The details are in the privacy policy.
